The courses are currently redefined. The courses section will be updated with new courses soon. You can buy the courses from Courses section of the website. When the Course fee is transferred using email money transfer, the instruction to join and take the Courses will be emailed.

All courses are online for now, and the courses are offered in group delivery mode. If you need an one on one course please send the query to saw.theory@gmail.com (saw.theory@gmail.com)and we will get back as soon as possible with details

SWA provides courses and guidelines on mindfulness and mental wellness. SWA is not a critical service, crisis services or emergency service provider. If you are in need to urgent & emergency attention, please contact local authorized emergency service providers.
