Non-Dual Therapy is a synthesis between psychotherapy and Non-Duality. It uses a method of Self-Exploration or Self-Inquiry.
Nondual therapies are based in the possibility that we have everything we need, simply by virtue of being conscious. As Dan Berkow writes “proceeds as recognition of presentness as well-being.” We suffer because we have had a dysfunctional upbringing, are genetically predisposed to mental illness, have suffered a traumatic experience, or simply don’t have the resources to cope with life. In contrast, the nondual approach to therapy invests in the healing power of the unconditioned mind. This approach is designed to awaken us to, and root us in, the ever-present experience of pure-bliss-consciousness.
Consciousness is the state of being aware and awake of one's surroundings. In ‘Nondualism’ it says, there is a consciousness within you. You have a mind & body. This consciousness shines in the mind and it reflects on the body and along with organs.
It’s all about to understand the difference between the consciousness and Mind-Body. By understanding consciousness, it becomes easier to see or observe all problems in life. Consciousness is a part of Yourself. You are the combination of Existence, Consciousness and Perfect-happiness.
